How to file a takedown notice and how we respond to one.
1. Overview
This site respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
2. Filing a Notice
To file a notice, send the following information in writing to our designated contact:
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on our website where the material is located.
- The third-party video storage file codes or direct stream links to facilitate prompt removal.
- Your contact information — full name, physical address, phone number, and official email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized by the copyright owner.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
3. What Happens Next
Upon receiving a valid notice containing the required information, our compliance officer will review it and disable or remove the indexed transmission within 24 to 48 hours.
4. Counter-Notice
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact details and a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
